Entry from: Toril, Philippines Entry Title: “Back to Davao” Entry: “Andoy and Inday in which worried about me discovering my way from the bus to my wife’s brothers in Dacoville so I brought their daughter, my manual and translator for the final four days, with me to Davao. She was delighted to go the the city and see her pals there. Interestingly, I had had a dream the evening before that she was going to Davao with me. Then, as it turned out, the dream materialized. Like when I came back from Nanaignan the day prior to I was considering how nice a cup of coffee would be. The initial point Andoy says to me when I come upstairs is to supply me a cup of coffee. We leave early, walking 1st down previous the copra dryer (see picture), then across Kosoy Creek to the beach, wade across the mouth of the river at San Jose, drop Rhea (See picutre) by her school in San Jose, and catch motorcycle to the bus terminal in Caraga (see image). I feel it was someplace in the vicinity of Manay that the bus had to stop for a parade of school children (see pictues). Additional down the coast we had to stop for about half an hour for building.
